Please note: This Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement can be used when the University and another party each will be disclosing and receiving confidential information.  If the University is only disclosing, and not receiving, confidential information, see the Nondisclosure Agreement (One-way, UC as discloser).  Also, do not use this agreement for disclosure or receipt of export-controlled information.  Counsel or UC export-control officials must be consulted with respect to any plan to confidentially disclose or receive export-controlled information.
